To All Exhibitors:
Exhibitors who need to apply for a multi-day temporary entry permit for non-Shenzhen license passenger vehicles (non-Yue B plates, including new energy vehicles) during the exhibition must log on to enter the Exhibitor Portal – Vehicle Pass section, and submit the required vehicle information by April 20, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. Please complete the registration as soon as possible.
The electronic temporary vehicle entry permit will be issued uniformly by the organizer later. Please stay tuned for follow-up notices.
- Non-local freight vehicles may reach the venue directly via the International Convention and Exhibition Center exit/entrance of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang Expressway (S3).
- Local freight vehicles shall avoid restricted roads during morning and evening peak hours (7:00–9:00, 17:30–19:30) for exhibition setup/dismantling (details available on the Shenzhen Traffic Police Network: http://szjj.sz.gov.cn).
Freight vehicles entering the venue must hold an electronic setup/dismantling vehicle pass (to be issued later). Please download, print, and display it prominently on your vehicle for inspection.
Exhibitors requiring entry for buses or exhibition vehicles must fill out the attached form for advance registration. Electronic vehicle passes will be issued later; please download, print, and display them prominently on your vehicle for inspection.
